Take care of business whenever YOU want to with Internet banking and Touch Tone Teller (home banking by phone)! When you sign up for one of these services, you automatically get access to both.
Internet Banking is our online service which allows you to retrieve your statements electronically, make transfers and loan payments, verify check clearings and direct deposits, print checking histories and much, much more right online. You can even transfer between different account numbers. To log on to Internet Banking you'll need your member account number and a Touch Tone Teller PIN. To change your PIN, see "Changing Your PIN" below. Touch Tone Teller is our free 24 hour home banking by phone service. You can use it to check balances, make transfers and loan payments, verify check clearings and direct deposits, and much more. You can even transfer between two account numbers with this service. All you need for Touch Tone Teller is a touch-tone phone, a personal identification number (PIN) assigned to you by UnitedOne, and your credit union account number. To change your PIN, see "Changing Your PIN" below. Either print out an application here online, complete and return to us, or complete an application at any UnitedOne office. We'll get you set up real soon, and provide you with activation instructions on how to use Touch Tone Teller and Internet Banking. Feel free to ask for a demonstration of either service right in our offices. CHANGING YOUR PIN
When you complete our Touch Tone Teller/Internet Banking application, you will be provided with a PIN; the PIN will be the same for both services. We strongly suggest you change your PIN for security purposes. You can change your PIN anytime by calling Touch Tone Teller at 684-6821 or 451-4480 and choosing menu option five. Members outside our local areas may call 1-800-405-1575. When you change your PIN, it will automatically change for BOTH Internet banking and Touch Tone Teller. At this time you cannot change your PIN through Internet banking.
