MATES KID'S CLUB

 What's a Googolplex? It's an awesome site broken into elementary, middle and high school categories and overflowing with exciting financial information and games, fun trivia, news on interesting people, puzzles and so much more!Help your child, grandchild or any special child in your life learn the value and fun of saving. All members through age 11 automatically belong to this club and can participate in fun activities throughout the year just for club members. When they turn 12, they automatically move into our eXtreme Fundz Teen Money Club.
How to Join
Open an account with just $5 and the child's Social Security number and receive fun items including a club passbook and see-through zipper pouch to keep club items in. Kids receive a really cool prize when the account is opened with at least $200, and they'll get a little treat with each deposit. Plus earn neat prizes along the way as certain savings goals are reached.
UnitedOne-MONROE starts its 13th year Oct. 16th!
If you attend Monroe Elementary School in Manitowoc, be sure to book on over to the library Thursday mornings when school is in session starting Thursday, Oct. 16th to make your deposits, check out our monthly contests, or just to say "Hi!" Students, faculty and staff can make deposits from 8:40 to 9 a.m. every Thursday school is in session. We'll keep a supply of prizes at Monroe, too, so you'll always be able to get your earnings right at school when that happens. ***Parents are always welcome to visit, and are encouraged to visit our Monroe office or any other UnitedOne office with their children when opening new accounts.
To open a new account at school, students should bring their Social Security number, address, phone, birthdate, city and state of birth, and a minimum $5 deposit. It's that easy! A receipt will be sent home to verify the account opening and the deposit.

THE ACCOUNT
This account is a Primary Savings account for members ages 11 and younger. Dividends are paid monthly on balances of $25 and more. The minimum balance required to open and maintain the account is $5. There is no monthly service charge. The child can keep the same account number even after they turn the big 13 years old and "age out" of the club. At that time they may become eXtreme Fundz Teen Club members!
