DO YOU PREFER CHECKS IN A BOX?
Research is showing most consumers do. However, earlier this year some check printers (including mail order printers) switched to mailing checks in what's called a "flat pack." With the flat pack, checks are mailed in an envelope which includes a flat box the recipient needs to put together on their own into the box shape. These printers also reduced the number of checks provided from 150 to 120. UnitedOne Credit Union's check printer, Liberty, has recently informed us of their continued commitment to keep printing checks in the usual manner and mailing them in a box. Their research has shown that consumers strongly prefer the box.

We have recently seen an increase in the number of members ordering checks from us, and we encourage all members to order checks through us. We guarantee the checks will go through processing without problems, you'll find a wide variety of affordable styles (with even more new licensed options coming in February), and you'll get them quickly (less than half the time of mail order checks). WANT ONLINE CREDIT CARD ACCESS?
No problem! All UnitedOne credit card holders may access information about and make payments to your account online via this link which will always be found on our Online Services, Credit Cards, Business Services and other pages. Note that the "account number" you'll be asked for during enrollment is your Elan (our servicer) credit card account number -- not your credit union account number. If you prefer, you may mail your payment in to Elan or, you are still welcome to make your payment in person at any of our offices.
