Logging in to Internet Banking
If you used Internet Banking before the upgrade and have not logged in to the new service yet, note that your initial log-in Member ID will be your account number, and your Password will be the 4-digit PIN you used before the upgrade. For security purposes, we have moved away from using account numbers for logging in, to Member IDs. You will be prompted to create a new Member ID right away. You will also be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication questions for security purposes. This must be completed within 10 days of your first log-in.
If you received a Temporary Password, be sure to log on by clicking the “Sign in with a temporary password” text under the white boxes in My Tool Box. You cannot type your temporary password in the white boxes. Since the password is case-sensitive, be sure to enter it exactly how you received it. Your Member ID will be your account number on your first log-in, and after entering your temporary PIN, you will be prompted to change your password and complete the Multi-Factor Authentication questions for security purposes. You will have 10 days from your first log-in to complete your MFA questions. You will also be prompted to change your Member ID.
If you are completely new to Internet Banking, and we have a current e-mail address for you, go to “Create IBanking Account” above in My Tool Box or click here, to request a temporary password via e-mail. If we do not have an e-mail for you, or you do not receive your requested temporary password almost instantly, please call us at 684-0361 or 451-8222 to get set up and provide us with your current e-mail.
All members who had Internet Banking before the upgrade received a mailing in mid-April detailing how to log in to the new service, along with other system upgrade information. You may see a copy of it here. There is also a System Upgrade FAQ on our System Upgrade page that has more information about our upgrade.
Below are additional tips on using our new Internet Banking service:
*E-mail addresses.
In order to receive temporary passwords and other communication via e-mail through our Internet Banking site, please set up/update your e-mail address by clicking on the green Update button.
*Transferring to other Accounts.
Please click on Transfers ... Other Accounts ... This will allow you to transfer to cross accounts that you have already set up or to any member of the credit union.
*Temporary passwords.
Temporary passwords are not needed to log in to the new Internet Banking service if you used Internet Banking before the system upgrade. Please see “If you used Internet Banking before the upgrade and have not logged in to the new service yet” above. Temporary passwords are case sensitive. Be sure all letters are upper case when you enter them. Anytime you use a temporary password, you will be prompted to change your password and update your security questions, even if you’ve already done that.
*If you forgot your previous PIN.
Previous PINs were originally the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, so you may want to try logging in your first time using that number as your password. If that does not work, then click on “Create or Unlock an account” on the home page in My Tool Box to receive a temporary password if you have a current e-mail on record with us, or contact us at 684-0361 or 451-8222 to receive a temporary password and provide us with a current e-mail.
*Transaction history.
Activity before May 1st did not carry over into Internet Banking or Touch Tone Teller. You’ll need to access that activity by reviewing your statements or contacting us. April e-statements are available in Internet Banking (if you had e-statements prior to the upgrade) and paper statements were mailed in early May.
*Pre-May09 E-statements.
You will only be able to log in to this section on the left side of your Internet Banking screen if you were already receiving e-statements before the system upgrade. If you did receive them before, you’ll need to enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number to access your e-statements. April statements in paper form were mailed in early May.
*E-statements for May 09 and into the future.
You can now sign up for e-statements if you are not already receiving them. Simply log in to Internet Banking, choose E-statements at the left side of your screen, and follow the directions.
Thank you for taking the time to Read Me First so that you may enjoy a successful Internet Banking experience with us!
