Do I need to order a new debit card when mine is about to expire?

No, we will order a new debit card for you. New debit cards are ordered during the first few days of the month of expiration. A new debit card should be received by the middle of the month. Please call us if it's the end of the expiration month and you haven't received your new debit card. Your debit card will work the whole month of the expiration date until you activate the new one.
