It’s important to let us know about changes to your contact information so we can keep you informed about your account(s).

Please remember to update contact information (address, phone number and email) with us by logging into Internet Banking to make the change or visiting one of our offices.

How to update contact information in Internet Banking

1. Login to your Internet Banking account
    
2. You’ll need to click on the “Settings” and “Services” tabs to make contact information changes
   • To update an email address
     • Click on “Settings”
     • It will prompt a page with your email on file and fields to enter a new one
       
       
   • To update an address and/or phone number
     • Click on "Services"
     • It will prompt a form with your address and phone number(s) on file and fillable fields to make changes
     • Click on the “Continue” button to the right of “Change of Address”
     • Click on “Services”
       
       

* Please note that currently changes to contact information cannot be made using the UnitedOne Mobile Banking app.
 

How to update contact information at a branch

1. Visit one of our UnitedOne Credit Union offices
   • View our Hours & Locations page to find your nearest branch and its hours
   • A member of our staff will have you sign a form verifying the requested updates to your account(s)
