That’s why we are pleased to offer our members a debit card that simplifies their shopping experiences. We transitioned your UnitedOne Credit Union Debit Card from MasterCard® to Visa®. 

Whether you still prefer to store your debit card in a traditional wallet or you prefer the added convenience of a mobile wallet, we think you’ll find the new debit card more user-friendly and easier than ever to purchase anything! Visa is the most widely accepted card, with a little less than 11 million U.S. merchant locations! So if you’re planning on using your card for bills, travel, shopping, dining, or entertainment, you can have peace of mind your new card will be accepted in your digital wallet or traditionally.

If you’re a member who had the old Mastercard Debit Card, you don’t have to do anything, your new Visa Debit Card should already have been mailed directly to you.

Here’s what you can expect when you receive it.

Activate your new Visa Debit Card as soon as it arrives to enjoy all the benefits and rewards available!

• Update your debit card information to all service providers who regularly process your card for payments, any recurring monthly bills, pay-on-the-go services such as PayPal® and/or your Mobile Wallet. Even though you may have the same account number, your expiration date and 3-digit security code have changed.

What should you do if you have not received your new debit card?

• Continue to watch your mail. If you have not received your card yet, please reach out so we can help you.

• Call us (920) 684-0361 in Manitowoc or (920) 451-8222 in Sheboygan

Carry your checking account in your mobile wallet* or physical wallet.

• Get your free Visa® Debit Card when you open a checking account at UnitedOne (subject to approval).

• Store on a compatible mobile device with Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay® and Google Pay™

• Free access to cash from UnitedOne ATMs

• Free access to cash at thousands of Alliance One ATMs around the country

• No annual fee

• No interest charges

• No transaction fee for point-of-sale purchases

If you’re a new member and signed up to receive a debit card, you will be getting the Visa Debit Card mailed to you. Allow 7-10 business days to receive your card.
