UnitedOne ranks No. 2 nationally in ‘Best Credit Unions to Work For’

UnitedOne Credit Union has been named the second best “Best Credit Union to Work For” in the nation by American Banker.
It's the third consecutive year UnitedOne ranks in the Top 10, improving from when it was No. 6 in 2024 and No. 7 in 2023.
With locations in Manitowoc and Sheboygan, UnitedOne is the highest ranked credit union from Wisconsin in this year’s rankings, which recognizes 68 credit unions across the U.S. ranging in sizes as small as 29 employees to as large as 2,149 staff members.
One Nevada Credit Union finished No. 1 in the 2025 rankings. It has $1.5 billion in assets and 187 employees.
UnitedOne has 91 employees and $310 million in assets, making it first amongst credit unions with asset sizes between $200-$500 million.

American Banker’s rankings are compiled using the results from two different surveys. The first survey was completed by employees and examines employee satisfaction, while the second evaluates the benefits and policies of each credit union.
