From humble beginnings in 1938, UnitedOne has grown to be one of the largest credit unions in the area serving everyone who lives and works in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Kewaunee and Door counties. No one works harder to provide you and your family with first class financial services delivered through outstanding personal service. UnitedOne is passionate about improving the lives of all residents throughout the communities we serve. The credit union and our employees support and sponsor local causes that are important to us all. UnitedOne is an active partner with many worthwhile organizations and events held throughout the year.
Unlike a traditional bank, UnitedOne is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of and elected by UnitedOne members. The Board of Directors set the vision and direction of the credit union and assure decisions are made in accordance with our bylaws.

Election Results
UnitedOne Credit Union conducted its Annual Meeting on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026.
Outgoing board member John Schultz was recognized during the meeting. Schultz has served on the Board of Directors since 1989, including 17 years as Board Chair.
Election results were announced to fill three seats on the Board of Directors.
Incumbents Joe Schuh and Mary Jo Capodice were voted to three-year terms along with Ryan Manis, who will be serving his first three-year term for the credit union.
The election was open to all UnitedOne members in good standing and conducted by Leede Research.

Financial Education
We're proud of our strong history of school branches within the Manitowoc Public School District, dating back to our first school office at Monroe Elementary in 1996.
Giving Back
In 2025, donations totaled more than $86,000 benefitting 50 organizations, schools and local nonprofits.
Local Service
Since 1938, we have served our members in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, and surrounding communities.
