UnitedOne Credit Union has been designated as a MemberXP Best of the Best Credit Union for Best Member Experience and Loan Experience.

The MemberXP designation is given to credit unions that consistently provide exceptional levels of member service during a calendar year. The awards are independently granted after meeting specific criteria, including borrowers' ratings for member service, for mortgages and consumer loans in 2020.

MemberXP gathers member feedback on service experiences for over 100 of the nation’s top credit unions. It utilizes mystery shoppers and surveys to gauge the overall member experience.

UnitedOne Credit Union has branches in Manitowoc and Sheboygan, and is open to everyone living or working in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Kewaunee and Door counties. The credit union serves consumers and small to mid-sized businesses.
