ACH Deposits To Your Account On Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays

If you fail to receive an ACH deposit to your account, your first step should be to check with the Payroll Department at your employer since the deposit comes from them direct to UnitedOne.

If your ACH date falls on a weekend or holiday, it is up to whomever is sending the deposit to UnitedOne to send it the business day before or business day after the weekend or holiday. If UnitedOne receives an ACH deposit on the weekend or on a holiday, the deposit will be completed on Monday morning. If Monday is a holiday, the deposit will be completed on Tuesday morning.
