PTMs allow you to do the same things you can do at a traditional Teller line, including withdrawals, deposits, loan payments and transfers.
 

Advantages of a PTM
 

• Extended hours: Our PTMs are operational from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, going well beyond traditional lobby hours to better serve you.
   
• Security: You can use a keypad to enter account information for added security. Plus, video surveillance helps detect and prevent possible fraud.
   
• Personal: You can see the UnitedOne employee you’re interacting with through a video chat. If you were to use a traditional drive-thru with tubes, you’re not going to see who you’re interacting with from an outside lane.
   
• Quick: There are no distractions. The focus of the PTM Operator is solely on you and your transaction, helping you get on your way.
   
• 24/7 ATM: All of our PTMs can also be used as an ATM at any time. All you need is a debit card to utilize the ATM feature on a PTM, giving you the option to withdrawal cash whenever on your schedule.
