9/11/25: Please be vigilant when reviewing caller ID for calls and text messages. If you receive a text message claiming to be from UnitedOne about unusual activity on your account, do NOT click any links or reply to the message or give them any personal or account information. This is a fraud attempt by a scammer.

Debit Card Fraud

Immediately notify UnitedOne if you suspect there are fraudulent transactions being conducted with your debit card or if your card has been lost or stolen. If this is an "after business hours" event, use the Card function in Digital Banking to lock your card. If you do not have Digital Banking, immediately notify UnitedOne at (920) 684-0361 or (920) 451-8222 and let Ollie know you are calling for "debit card fraud." If you're calling after business hours, let Ollie know you are calling for "debit card fraud" and select option 6 after he transfers you to our after-hours menu.
