Summary:

Are you a good listener who likes to make people happy? Do you love asking questions to help people make choices that are right for them? If you do, then UnitedOne Credit Union wants to welcome you to our member-focused team.

We have immediate openings for tellers on our Manitowoc and Sheboygan teams. Our new teller will educate members about our products and services in addition to processing their transactions. This position will vary in hours per week, and may require evening and daytime hours Monday through Saturday.

Your typical day will require flexibility as you transition from one priority to the next. You’ll experience a steady and sometimes challenging pace as you work with your team in accordance with established safety guidelines, policies and procedures. Your motivation and people-skills will help you build confidence with your members to foster relationships, initiate referrals and effectively cross-sell products and services. All the while, you’ll be provided with resources and training opportunities to help you grow and excel.

Duties:

  • Accurately process transactions
  • Educate members 
  • Issue negotiable instruments 
  • Research and answer members’ questions
