Service Call Center MSR

Location:   Part-time position available in Manitowoc
Salary: Based on experience

Duties:

Service Call Center Member Service Representatives (MSRs) are the links between our members/prospective members and the credit union’s products and services, utilizing our telephone and Interactive Teller systems. They enhance the member’s experience with every interaction by providing accurate, professional, consistent and exceptional service with a focus on exceeding member satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

Service Call Center MSRs promote our “Creating Member Loyalty” (CML) service and sales culture and possess exceptional skills in building strong relationships by consistently demonstrating our “United for You” service philosophy. They continually improve their skills by actively participating in skills practice sessions, service and sales meetings, coaching sessions, team meetings and other training opportunities to strategize for success.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and work ethic and genuinely enjoy working with people.

  • Exceptional communication skills in a friendly, confident, consistent and professional manner.

  • Strong listening and be able to focus, paraphrase and empathize with others.

  • Accurate and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrate the ability to make sounds decisions, resolve issues/concerns and offer acceptable solutions.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of products and services with an ability to uncover expressed/unexpressed needs that provide value and match them to member/prospective members.

  • Dedicated to on-going education to improve knowledge and service and sales skills.

  • Possess exceptional CML service and sales skills with an emphasis on exceeding expectations.

  • Must demonstrate the “United for You” service philosophy consistently.

  • Maintain personal responsibility and follow through to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.

  • Support an environment of collaboration and teamwork.

  • Exercise good judgment, follow practices, policies and procedures, and make confidentiality a priority.
  • Basic technology skills and ability to operate office machines, telephone, and ITM systems.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and efficiently.

  • Must have the ability to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

  • Willing to cover for our Contact Center MSRs as needed.

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Flexible and willing to work hours assigned, including nights and weekends, as needed.

  • Must be able to stand, or sit, for extended periods of time.

  • Responsible for achieving monthly threshold’s and established goals.

  • Adhere to UnitedOne’s mission and strategic goals.
