If you fail to receive an ACH deposit to your account, your first step should be to check with the Payroll Department at your employer since the deposit comes from them direct to UnitedOne.

If your ACH date falls on a weekend or holiday, it is up to whomever is sending the deposit to UnitedOne to send it the business day before or business day after the weekend or holiday. If UnitedOne receives an ACH deposit on the weekend or on a holiday, the deposit will be completed on Monday morning. If Monday is a holiday, the deposit will be completed on Tuesday morning.

The daily limit for ATM withdrawals is 6 withdrawals and the daily total withdrawal limit is $1,000.

Unless otherwise stated on a check, you can cash a check written to you up to six months after the issue date listed on the check.

Deposits made at UnitedOne become available immediately unless you are told otherwise by a Teller. Night deposits are available by 10:00 a.m. the following business day. Deposits at ATMs are available 72 hours after they are made.

Wire transfers can only be processed on days when the Federal Reserve is open, which is Monday through Friday. The Federal Reserve is closed on all national holidays.

The amount of time for check holds varies. At the time you deposit a check, the UnitedOne teller will provide you with the number of business days the check will be on hold. On the final day of the hold, these funds will become available to you after midnight.
