If you have accessed Digital Banking before using a web browser, your login credentials will be the same. You can make a loan payment through Digital Banking any time by transferring funds from your UnitedOne savings or checking accounts. If your loan is under a different member number, contact the credit union to set up cross-account transfer access. If your loan is under the same account as your savings/checking, you'll see your loan ID in your account list and can simply transfer your payment to your loan. Alternatively, use the "To Another Member" feature under "Transfers". You'll need the account number, loan ID, and member's last name.
Our Digital Banking service does allow for these types of payments on certain loans. If the option is available, it will be offered at time of payment under the “Principal Only” tab. If the option isn’t offered, we will be happy to assist you at one of our offices with a principal only payment.
Since loans require an up-to-date payoff amount, these type of transactions cannot be made within Digital Banking. Please visit a UnitedOne office or call us for the amount of your loan payoff.
Transactions through Digital Banking are applied immediately. The only exception is loan payments for mortgage loan accounts with 10 digits, which may be processed at the end of the day and updated the next business day.
